sIlICONE lUBRICANT FOR FOOD INDUsTRy
FOOd INdUsTRY
sIlICON lUBE NsF
silicon lube NsF is a clear silicone lubricant with food indus-
try certificate. The product’s main components are low viscos-
ity silicone oil, additives and solvents. Due to these substances
the product withstands high loads, wide range of temperature, pre-
vents parts from jamming and protects surfaces from UV radiation.
Compared to Clear silicon the aforementioned product is consider-
ably thicker, thus having better load resistance, temperature resis-
tance and water drainability and it stays better on the surface. It also
has better protection against environmental effects; yet the product
attracts more dust.
GENERAL INFORmATION
silicon lube NsF is suitable for lubricating various metal, rubber, plastic and composite sur-
faces in food industry, industry and automotive. The more specific areas of use are sliding
surfaces, cutting blades, forms, traverse rods, open transmissions with small load, gaskets,
connectors, tyres and paddings. The aforementioned areas of use are usually characterized
by high jamming risk, moisture, water access, volatile dust, high load and wide temperature
range.
